Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and grow a construction and real estate disputes practice in the Columbus office of a leading US law firm. The role focuses on handling complex construction-related litigation and contested real estate matters for a diverse client base.

The successful candidate will manage and mentor a litigation team, take responsibility for case strategy from intake through trial or resolution, and work closely with transactional colleagues on related real estate issues. There is an expectation of business development, including cultivating existing client relationships and building a portable practice where applicable.

Established partner-level experience handling construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes.
Proven client-development ability and comfort managing partner-level relationships; portable book of business is welcomed.
Strong trial and courtroom experience, with ability to oversee complex matters and mentor junior attorneys.
Bar admission and good standing in the relevant jurisdiction; excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
