Ideal candidates will have a portable practice or demonstrable client-development capability and will handle a mix of contested litigation, regulatory exposure and professional liability work. The position offers significant case responsibility and the opportunity to grow a regional practice within a broad platform.

Proven litigation track record in employment, professional liability, healthcare or construction disputes
Established client relationships or evidence of business development success (portable book helpful)
Experience managing teams and high-value matters from intake through trial/appeal
Bar admission in Ohio or willingness to become admitted
