The successful candidate will hold a visible client-facing role, manage trial and litigation teams, and work with cross-practice colleagues on complex matters. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing regional practice with strong institutional support.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven track record handling employment litigation and regulatory matters for employers
Experience leading teams and mentoring associates
Strong business development and client relationship skills; Ohio admission preferred
