Experienced construction and real estate litigation partner sought to join a busy Midwestern office. The role will lead and grow a litigation practice handling complex construction disputes, contract matters and real estate-related commercial litigation.

The position offers opportunity to manage and develop client relationships, supervise junior lawyers, and work on high-value contentious matters across the region. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in construction and real estate litigation
Proven trial and contested-matter experience; strong courtroom and ADR track record
History of client development and the ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Experience supervising associates and managing case teams
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (Iowa) or ability to obtain admission)
