Partner, Commercial Litigation — Des Moines

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established commercial litigation practice in Des Moines. The role focuses on leading complex commercial disputes across state and federal courts, managing trial and appellate work, and advising corporate clients on high-stakes matters.

The successful candidate will help grow and manage a team of litigators, develop business and client relationships, and work closely with firm leadership on practice strategy. A portable practice is welcome and the team values candidates who can originate and sustain client work.

• Proven track record in commercial litigation, including trial and appellate experience.
• Established client relationships and a portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate new business.
• Experience supervising associates and managing matter budgets and staffing.
• Active bar admission and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
