Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Healthcare Litigation team in Des Moines. The role focuses on defending and advising healthcare and life sciences clients on complex disputes, regulatory exposures, and litigation strategies.

The successful candidate will lead matters, manage litigation teams, and work closely with clients and regulatory stakeholders. There is opportunity to grow or bring a portable practice and play a visible business-development role within the regional team.

Established partner with substantial experience in healthcare-focused litigation and life sciences matters
Proven courtroom and motion practice skills; track record managing complex civil litigation
Strong client-development skills and ability to build or integrate a portable practice
Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring experience
Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
