Senior litigation partner opportunity to join a well-established litigation team in Des Moines. The role calls for a trial-ready lawyer who will lead complex commercial and civil litigation matters across state and federal courts.

The successful candidate will take a senior leadership role in case strategy, courtroom advocacy and client relationship management, and will mentor junior litigators in the office. The firm is seeking a partner with an existing portable practice or demonstrable client-development ability.

Established partner with a strong commercial litigation background and significant trial or dispositive motion experience
Bar admission in Iowa (or willingness to obtain admission) and experience in state and federal courts
Proven client-development track record; portable practice preferred
Proven ability to manage matters, supervise teams and develop business
