Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Des Moines

An established corporate partner is being sought to join a busy transactional practice in Des Moines. The role will focus on leading M&A and other corporate transactions, managing deal teams, and maintaining high-touch client relationships.

The successful candidate will work with an experienced team on a mix of domestic transactions, play a visible client-facing role, and help grow the local corporate practice. A portable practice or demonstrable origination ability is welcome.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions.
• Track record of leading deals and managing teams on complex transactions.
• Proven client development/origination skills; portable practice advantageous.
• Active bar admission and strong commercial judgment.
