Corporate Partner — Des Moines

Senior partner role in the corporate/M&A group at a leading national law firm. The position will sit in the Des Moines office and focus on transactional work, mergers & acquisitions and corporate governance matters for middle‑market and strategic clients.

The successful candidate will lead deals, manage a team of associates and collaborate across practices and offices. The role requires strong client development capabilities and a proven track record of originating and growing corporate work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in M&A and transactional matters
• Demonstrated leadership of deal teams and experience mentoring associates
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
