Leading regional law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Fargo office to lead and expand a construction and real estate litigation practice. The role will handle contested matters across the construction lifecycle and real estate disputes for a varied client base.

The successful candidate will manage and try cases, supervise and mentor associates, and play an active role in business development and client relationship management. The office offers platform support and resources to grow a portable practice nationally and regionally.

Established partner-level experience in construction and real estate litigation and commercial disputes.
Proven trial and case-management experience, including supervising litigation teams.
Track record in client development and ability to cultivate or bring a portable practice.
Admission or eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and strong professional references.
