Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Fargo office to lead and expand litigation and employment practices. The role will handle commercial and professional liability matters, including advice and disputes arising in healthcare and construction-related contexts.

The successful candidate will take a client-facing leadership role, managing litigation teams, developing business, and supervising complex trial and pre-trial work. This is an opportunity to join a multi-practice team with cross-practice collaboration and regional reach.

Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and in good standing
Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation and labor & employment matters; strong trial and motion practice
Experience handling professional liability, healthcare, or construction-related disputes preferred
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships; portable business welcome
