Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand an established employment and labor litigation practice in Fargo. The role combines hands-on casework across employment litigation with practice leadership, managing local matters and supervising associates.

The successful candidate will handle complex workplace disputes, represent clients at trial and in arbitration, and work closely with regional teams to develop new business. This is a visible role with responsibility for client relationship management and business development.

Established partner with substantial experience in employment and labor litigation.
Proven trial and arbitration experience and a record of handling complex workplace disputes.
Demonstrable client-development abilities; portable practice or proven business-generation track record preferred.
Experience managing and mentoring associates and working collaboratively with regional teams.
Active bar admission and authorization to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
