Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Fargo litigation team, with a focus on securities-related matters and white-collar defense. The role combines casework in commercial and regulatory disputes with responsibility for client development in the region.

The successful candidate will lead matter strategy, supervise associates, and handle trial and regulatory proceedings as needed. There is flexibility to build a local practice and contribute to broader regional growth initiatives; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level experience in litigation with significant securities or white-collar matters.
Proven trial or regulatory advocacy experience and ability to manage complex disputes.
Track record of business development or a portable client base preferred.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission.
Experience supervising junior lawyers and working collaboratively across practice groups.
