Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its construction and real estate litigation practices in the Harrisburg area. The role focuses on commercial disputes arising from construction projects, contract and warranty claims, defect litigation and related real estate matters.

The partner will handle significant litigation matters, appear in state and federal courts, and work with a team of litigators and practice specialists. The firm is looking for a senior hire who can deliver client-facing work, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development locally and regionally.

Admission to practice in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain promptly)
Proven track record in construction and real estate litigation, including trial and courtroom experience
Strong commercial litigation skills: case management, motions practice, depositions and negotiations
Client development ability; candidates with a portable book of business or demonstrable origination success preferred
