Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a construction-focused litigation practice from the firm's Irvine office. The role will handle complex construction disputes and related real estate litigation across California, manage client relationships, and take primary responsibility for case strategy and courtroom advocacy.

The successful candidate will join an established litigation platform, supervise associates, and work closely with transactional real estate and construction teams on integrated client matters. There is an expectation of contributing to business development and bringing or developing a portable practice.

Proven partner-level experience in construction litigation and related real estate disputes
Strong trial and motion practice; courtroom experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client business; portable practice welcomed
Experience managing and mentoring litigation teams
Bar admission in California (or ability to obtain)
