Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a construction and real estate litigation practice from the firm's Jackson office. The role focuses on handling complex commercial construction disputes, transactional real estate issues with litigation exposure, and related commercial litigation matters.

The ideal hire will manage trial and arbitration matters, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with local and national practice teams. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in construction litigation and related real estate disputes
Proven trial or arbitration experience and ability to manage complex commercial matters
Track record of mentoring and leading teams
Business development skills; a portable practice is welcomed
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission
