Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a construction and real estate litigation practice in the firm's Livingston office. The role focuses on handling complex disputes arising from construction projects and real estate transactions, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for case strategy and client management, supervise and mentor junior litigators, and work closely with colleagues across practice groups. There is clear opportunity to develop a portable practice and contribute to business development initiatives.

The role is supported by a national platform and firm resources, offering access to cross-office support on large, multi-jurisdictional matters while allowing local leadership and autonomy.

Established construction and real estate litigation experience at partner level.
Demonstrated track record in managing complex disputes and courtroom/arbitral experience.
Proven ability to develop client relationships and originate work; portable practice welcomed.
Admission to the relevant state bar and capacity to work from the Livingston office.
