Seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow a construction and real estate litigation practice in the Milwaukee office of a national law firm. The role will handle complex commercial construction disputes, real estate litigation matters and related counseling across project- and property-related disputes.

The partner will supervise associates, collaborate with insurance-defense and transactional teams, and work closely with clients and local industry stakeholders. The hiring team is looking for a lawyer who can develop business, deepen client relationships, and contribute to practice development in the region.

Established partner-level litigation background with substantial experience in construction and real estate disputes.
Demonstrated trial and/or arbitration experience and comfort managing complex cases from pleading through resolution.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable business welcomed.
Strong team leadership and mentoring skills; experience supervising associates and support staff.
Active bar admission or ability to become admitted in Wisconsin.
