Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and expand a busy healthcare and technology disputes practice in Milwaukee. The role focuses on defending healthcare matters (including False Claims Act and managed care disputes) and handling complex business litigation involving AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues.

This is a senior role with responsibility for originating work, supervising teams, and growing client relationships across healthcare and technology sectors. The team handles high-stakes, commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts and regulatory forums.

Proven partner-level litigation experience, including lead counsel work and trial or significant motion practice.
Substantial experience in healthcare litigation (False Claims Act and managed care matters preferred).
Track record on technology-related disputes (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency) or ability to develop that work.
Business development capability and willingness to contribute to practice growth; portable book of business welcome.
