Opportunity for a partner to join a well-established U.S. law firm’s Minneapolis office to lead and grow a construction and real estate litigation practice. The role focuses on dispute resolution across construction, real estate development, and related commercial matters.

The team handles trials, arbitrations, and complex pre-litigation strategies for owners, contractors, and developers. The role offers client-facing responsibility, mentoring of junior lawyers, and active involvement in business development.

Established partner-level litigation background with a focus on construction and real estate disputes
Significant trial and arbitration experience preferred
Proven ability to manage case teams and mentor associates
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development capability preferred
Admission to practice in Minnesota (or ability to obtain admission)
