Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Missoula office to lead and grow a construction-focused litigation practice. The role will handle commercial construction disputes, real estate-related litigation, and related pre-litigation counseling for regional clients.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team with resources across the country and will take a visible role in client-facing matters, trial preparation, and business development. Portable work and an ability to expand regional relationships are welcome.

Established construction and real estate litigation practice with trial and dispute-resolution experience
Active bar admission in Montana (or willingness to seek admission) and good standing
Proven client development skills; portable matters or demonstrable pipeline preferred
Strong writing, advocacy, and project-management abilities; experience supervising junior lawyers
