Major U.S. law firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its construction and real estate litigation practice in the New Orleans office. The role focuses on handling complex construction disputes, real estate matters, and commercial litigation for regional and national clients.

The successful candidate will join a busy team of litigators and will manage trial and pre-trial work, supervise associates, and contribute to business development. This is an opportunity to take a visible leadership role in a well-resourced office.

Proven partner-level experience in construction litigation, real estate disputes, and commercial litigation.
Track record of trying cases and managing complex litigation matters; strong courtroom presence.
Experience supervising and developing associates and working collaboratively within a team.
Demonstrable business development skills; portable practice or book of business preferred.
Active bar admission in Louisiana or eligibility to transfer/obtain admission.
