Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Oklahoma City office to lead and grow a construction and real estate litigation practice. The role will focus on handling commercial construction disputes, real estate-related litigation, and related client counselling for owners, contractors, and developers.

The successful candidate will manage complex litigation matters, supervise associates, and work closely with cross-practice teams. The firm values candidates with an established portable practice or demonstrable business development capability.

Established partner-level experience in construction and real estate litigation (trial experience preferred)
Proven record of managing litigation matters and supervising junior lawyers
Demonstrable business development skills or a portable client base
Active bar admission in Oklahoma or eligibility for admission
Strong client relationship and matter-management skills
