Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Oklahoma City office to lead and grow an employment and labor litigation practice. The role is client-facing and involves handling complex employment disputes, counseling employers, and representing clients in state and federal courts.

The partner will supervise and develop associates, take a primary role in trial and motion practice, and work closely with other regional teams. The firm welcomes candidates with an established, portable practice and a track record of originating business.

Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer.
Substantial partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation, including courtroom and trial experience.
Proven ability to manage and mentor associates and lead litigation matters.
Demonstrated business development skills; a portable book of business is highly valued.
