Seeking a Lateral Partner to join a national litigation practice focused on healthcare and life‑sciences disputes. The role will lead complex, high‑stakes litigation matters for healthcare industry clients across the region, working with a cross‑functional team of litigators and industry advisers.

The successful candidate will manage case strategy from intake through trial, supervise and mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the practice through client development. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Established partner with substantial healthcare litigation experience
Proven trial and motion practice; courtroom presence and litigation strategy skills
Track record of supervising and developing junior attorneys
Business development capabilities; portability of a practice or proven client origination preferred
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
