Seeking a lateral partner to lead construction and real estate litigation matters from the Providence office of a national law firm. The role focuses on complex commercial disputes, construction-defect and contract litigation, and advising clients across the construction lifecycle.

The partner will run trials and hearings, supervise associates, and work with cross-practice teams on related real estate and transactional issues. Candidates with an established litigation practice and client relationships that can be brought to the role are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner-level experience in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
Track record of tried matters, courtroom experience, and managing litigation teams
Ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable business welcomed
Admission to practice in Rhode Island (or ability to obtain) and good standing
