Partner — Corporate (Austin)

Leading national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its corporate practice in the Austin office. The role will focus on advising companies and sponsors on corporate transactions, growing client relationships, and partnering with existing deal teams.

The successful candidate will take a visible role in originating and executing matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to the strategic growth of the office's corporate offering. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is a welcome asset.

• Established partner-level corporate transactional experience.
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and lead complex transactions.
• Track record mentoring and developing associates.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
• Portable practice or demonstrable business development capability preferred.
