Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Phoenix corporate team with a focus on M&A, capital markets, emerging growth and technology transactions. The role will work across corporate, securities and IP-related matters and collaborate with regional and national practice groups.

The ideal candidate will help develop client relationships, originate new work and contribute to a growing transactional platform serving technology, life sciences, financial services and other industry clients. This is an opportunity to take a senior role in a busy, multidisciplinary practice while partnering with established national teams.

Proven partner-level transactional experience in M&A, capital markets and/or technology transactions.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business preferred.
Strong securities and corporate governance experience and familiarity with IP-related commercial matters.
Ability to collaborate across national practice groups and mentor junior lawyers.
