Leading global law firm seeking experienced lateral partners or full teams to expand its Miami corporate and commercial litigation platform. The role will handle high-value corporate transactions and complex commercial disputes across cross-border matters.

Ideal candidates will bring a substantive, portable practice and a track record advising clients in sectors such as life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive. The hire(s) will work with established regional and international desks focused on New York, Northern California, Texas, the UK and continental Europe.

Established partner or team with a demonstrable portable practice in corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation.
Experience with M&A, private equity, venture capital or high-stakes commercial disputes.
Comfort advising on cross-border matters and coordinating with US and international offices.
Sector experience in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive preferred.
Proven client development record and collaborative approach to growing a regional practice; team moves are especially welcome.
