Top-tier international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Philadelphia office's corporate transactional and commercial litigation capabilities. The role combines high-value deal work with significant commercial disputes, advising clients across complex, cross-border matters.

Ideal candidates will join a market-facing team and help scale transactional volume while supporting high-stakes litigation matters across sectors such as life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive. The role will involve regular collaboration with U.S. and international offices.

Established partner with substantial experience in large corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation at a major law firm
Proven, portable practice/book of business appropriate for partner hire; preference for team or multi-lawyer moves over single-player portability
Sector experience in one or more of: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, automotive
Track record of working on cross-border matters and collaborating with national and international teams
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
