Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner to grow a combined corporate and commercial litigation platform in Silicon Valley. The role focuses on high-value M&A and transactional work alongside bet-the-company commercial disputes across technology, life sciences, financial services, energy and automotive sectors.

We are prioritizing team hires that will scale both transactional capacity and significant litigation capability. The position will contribute to a cross-border practice with active markets in Northern California, New York, Texas, London and Germany.

Established partner-level experience in both corporate transactions (M&A/transactional) and commercial litigation.
Track record advising clients in technology, life sciences, financial services, energy or automotive sectors.
Proven history of originating and sustaining client relationships; portability of a demonstrable book of business preferred.
Teams or multi-lawyer groups are preferred over single-lawyer moves; candidates with frequent recent firm moves may be less competitive.
