Partner — Corporate & Commercial Litigation, Washington, D.C.

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen an established corporate and commercial litigation offering in the Washington, D.C. market. The role will work across corporate transactions and high-value commercial disputes, with significant cross-border and sector-focused matters.

Ideal candidates will be part of, or able to bring, a cohesive team to scale transactional capacity and handle complex commercial litigation. The practice serves clients across regulated and technology-driven industries and frequently collaborates with colleagues in major U.S. and international offices.

The team is prioritizing hires that expand platform capabilities (transactional and contentious) rather than single-person additions; partners with a portable, revenue-generating practice and experience building or integrating teams are encouraged to apply.

• Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation.
• Proven ability to originate and manage client matters and to integrate or build a small team.
• Track record working on cross-border matters and collaborating with national/international offices.
• Strong sector experience in one or more relevant areas (e.g., life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, industrials).
