An international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Frankfurt corporate practice with a focus on corporate governance. The role will involve advising boards, senior management and shareholders on governance arrangements and related corporate matters across German and cross-border transactions.

The firm is looking for a senior lawyer who can grow or take responsibility for governance work in Frankfurt, collaborate with teams across Europe and the US, and support client development in the region. This is a partner-level appointment where a portable practice or demonstrable origination ability will be an advantage.

Partner-level experience in corporate governance and general corporate law
Proven track record advising boards, management or shareholders on governance matters
Ability to develop or bring portable client relationships / origination record
Admission to practice in Germany (or equivalent) and fluency in German and English
