Join the Muscat office of a leading international law firm as a partner in the Corporate practice focused on corporate governance and related advisory work. This role is for an experienced corporate lawyer who can advise boards, shareholders and management on governance, transactional and ongoing governance-compliance matters across Oman and the region.

The opportunity is suited to a senior practitioner able to step into a visible leadership position, support succession planning for the office and help grow the practice. A portable practice or demonstrable origination and client-development ability would be welcomed.

Established partner-level corporate lawyer with significant experience in corporate governance and related corporate work.
Proven track record of client relationships, business development and practice leadership; portable practice desirable.
Admitted to practice in an appropriate jurisdiction and able to work in Oman (local registration/permissions as required).
Strong commercial judgment, excellent client management and the ability to mentor senior and junior lawyers.
