Senior corporate partner role based in Doha to lead and grow an established local corporate/M&A practice. The position is a leadership opportunity to ensure continuity on the ground and to manage high‑value transactions and ongoing mandates for major local corporates and sovereign-owned entities.

We are looking for a partner able to step into an existing practice, assume client-facing responsibility, and lead a small team locally. The firm is particularly interested in candidates with an active, portable corporate/M&A practice and strong relationships across Qatar and the wider Gulf region.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate and M&A transactions.
Established client relationships in Qatar and the Gulf; ability to bring a portable practice.
Track record of leading deal teams and managing client relationships on high-value mandates.
Strong commercial judgment, local market knowledge, and regulatory awareness relevant to Qatari transactions.
