Leading international law firm seeks a senior corporate partner to join and grow its Doha office. The role is client-facing and commercial: you will advise on cross-border corporate transactions, joint ventures and general corporate matters for regional and international clients.

The post-holder will help develop the practice locally, mentor junior lawyers and work closely with regional teams across the firm. This is a visible role for a senior lawyer able to bring and win work in the marketplace.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate transactions (M&A, joint ventures and corporate governance)
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to bring or develop a portable practice
Experience working on cross-border matters and coordinating with international teams
Strong commercial judgment, leadership and people-management skills
