Corporate Partner — Doha

Seeking an experienced partner to lead and expand a corporate practice in Doha. The role will provide on-the-ground leadership and continuity for an established team, working across corporate and finance matters with a focus on M&A.

The successful candidate will advise major Qatari institutional and commercial clients — including sovereign, banking and energy sector organisations — on complex transactions and strategic mandates. This is a hands-on role with both fee-earning and business-development responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in corporate/M&A and cross-border transactions
• Track record of leading teams and cultivating client relationships in the Gulf region
