Leading international firm is seeking a Dutch-speaking Corporate Partner to based in its Brussels office to strengthen the transactional/M&A capability. The role focuses on cross-border and domestic corporate transactions and general corporate advisory work.

The team is looking for an experienced partner with a proven track record in M&A and transactional matters, comfortable leading deals and managing client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is required.

Native or fluent Dutch and strong English (written and spoken)
Established partner-level experience in corporate/M&A and transactional work
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice preferred
Experience leading deal teams and advising on cross-border transactions
