Senior corporate partner opportunity in Detroit for a transactional lawyer with significant experience across M&A, capital markets, and energy-related matters. The role combines traditional corporate and finance work with project and commercial matters in renewable and oil & gas sectors.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional deal teams, advise on tech-related transactions and capital-raising, and handle project development and commercial agreements for energy clients. There is scope to originate work and expand a portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in M&A, capital markets or corporate/transactional work, with substantial exposure to energy project/commercial matters.
Proven track record of leading deals and managing client relationships; ability to originate and grow a portable practice.
Strong drafting, negotiating and project management skills; experience supervising associates and collaborating across practices.
Active bar admission in the United States and capacity to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
