Senior transactional partner opportunity in Salt Lake City for an attorney with an established corporate and energy practice. The role focuses on M&A, capital markets and commercial transactions across renewable energy and traditional oil & gas project development.

The position sits in a multi-practice platform serving corporate and financial clients and will suit a partner who handles complex deal work, leads transaction teams and originates client relationships. You will work with cross-practice teams on sizeable transactional matters and energy-related commercial work.

Partner-level experience with a strong transactional record in M&A, capital markets or related corporate work
Demonstrable experience on energy matters — renewables, project development and/or oil & gas commercial transactions
Portable client relationships and proven ability to originate and grow business preferred
Excellent project leadership, deal management and client-service skills; admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
