Senior corporate partner role at a highly regarded national law firm seeking an experienced lawyer to lead and grow a Calgary-based corporate practice. The role will involve advising on commercial transactions and corporate matters, with an energy-sector focus considered an asset but not required.

Successful candidates will bring a portable practice and proven client-development record, work closely with existing partners across practice groups, and supervise associates on complex mandates. This is an opportunity to shape a market-facing practice in a busy Calgary office.

Approximately 15–25 years' post-call corporate experience (ideally called between ~2000–2010).
Established, portable practice with demonstrable client origination and revenue generation.
Strong corporate transactional skills (M&A, commercial agreements); energy experience is an advantage.
Proven people-management, business development and mentoring abilities; admission to the relevant Canadian bar or eligible for admission.
