Seeking a partner to join a well-established corporate and energy practice in Salt Lake City. The role focuses on transactional work including M&A, project development, and commercial matters across renewables and oil & gas, with frequent capital markets and tech-transaction overlap.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, originate new business, and work with cross-practice teams on complex deals. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business in corporate/energy transactions is welcomed.

Partner-level experience in M&A, corporate transactions, or energy project work (renewables and/or oil & gas)
Proven record of originating and managing client relationships; business development capability
Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills; experience with capital markets transactions a plus
Ability to lead deal teams and work collaboratively across practices
Active bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
