Senior transactional partner opportunity in Jacksonville with a broad corporate and energy transactions practice. The role focuses on M&A, project development and commercial work across renewables, oil & gas and technology-related deals, plus capital markets and other transactional matters.

The firm is seeking an experienced leader to grow and service a cross-practice client base, mentor teams and collaborate with national office colleagues on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters. Portable client relationships or an established practice in corporate/energy/tech transactions are welcome.

Established partner or equivalent with significant transactional experience (M&A, project development, commercial transactions).
Track record advising on energy matters (renewables and/or oil & gas) and technology-related deals; capital markets experience a plus.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships and lead deal teams.
Strong client-facing, business-development and mentoring skills.
