Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Austin corporate and energy transactions team. The role focuses on M&A and transactional work across technology, renewables and oil & gas sectors, with regular involvement in capital markets and complex commercial deals.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, originate and manage transactions, and work collaboratively with cross-practice teams on project development and commercial matters. This is a visible role for a partner with an established transactional practice and a track record in energy and technology-related deals.

Lateral partner with significant transactional/M&A experience; experience in renewable energy, oil & gas or energy project development preferred.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable book of business a strong advantage.
Experience with capital markets and complex commercial agreements desirable.
Strong drafting, negotiation and team leadership skills; admitted to practice in Texas or eligible for admission.
