Senior transactional partner role in Houston focusing on corporate M&A, energy project development, and technology-related transactions. The position will advise on cross-border and domestic deals across renewable energy, oil & gas, and capital markets matters.

The practice combines traditional corporate and finance work with sector-focused transactional work in renewables and oil & gas, including technology-enabled commercial arrangements. The role involves client relationship leadership, deal execution, and mentoring of junior lawyers.

We are seeking a partner with a portable transactional practice and a demonstrated history of originations and client development; a book of business is welcome and will be a factor in consideration.

Established partner-level transactional practice with experience in M&A, project development, and commercial energy transactions
Experience with renewable energy and oil & gas matters; capital markets and tech-related transactional experience a plus
Proven client origination and relationship-management skills; demonstrable portable practice
Track record of leading deal teams and mentoring associates
Active bar admission in Texas preferred (or eligible for admission)
