Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a corporate transactional practice focused on M&A, project finance, and commercial matters for energy clients, including renewables and oil & gas. The role will work closely with established deal teams to advise sponsors, developers and corporate clients across project development, finance and commercial transactions.

The successful candidate will be expected to bring a portable practice, originate and grow client relationships, and play a visible role in business development and team mentoring. This is a partnership role based in Miami with significant opportunity to work on cross-border and U.S. energy transactions.

Experienced partner with a demonstrable transactional practice in M&A, project finance or related corporate work in the energy sector.
Proven client origination and relationship-building skills; portable book of business preferred.
Track record advising on renewables, oil & gas or large-scale project development and financing transactions.
Ability to lead deal teams, manage client engagements and contribute to business development initiatives.
Admission to practice in the U.S.; Florida admission or willingness to obtain it preferred.
