Senior transactional partner opportunity in a full-service US law firm’s Milwaukee office. The role focuses on M&A, capital markets and commercial transactions across corporate, energy (renewables and oil & gas) and technology sectors.

The team advises sponsors, corporate issuers and project participants on deal execution and transactional strategy. The office offers an established platform and cross‑practice support for growth of a portable transactional practice.

Established partner with a track record in M&A, capital markets or complex commercial transactions
Experience in energy (renewables and/or oil & gas) and technology-related transactions preferred
Proven client development ability and a portable transactional practice
Licensed or able to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction; strong leadership and team management skills
