Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to build and lead a New York-based corporate practice focused on M&A, transactional work and energy projects. The role emphasizes cross-practice work across technology transactions, capital markets and both renewable energy and oil & gas matters.

The partner will originate and manage client engagements, lead deal teams, and collaborate with finance, technology and energy specialists across the firm. This is a visible role for an experienced transactional lawyer who wants to expand a portable practice in a major market.

Established partner with a strong track record in M&A and corporate/transactional matters
Experience in energy project development and commercial transactions (renewables and/or oil & gas) and familiarity with tech and capital markets work
Proven client origination and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Demonstrated leadership managing deal teams and working cross-practice
