Leading US law firm seeking a partner to join its New York corporate and energy transactional practice. The role focuses on M&A, technology-related transactions and capital markets work, together with project development and commercial matters in renewables and oil & gas.

The successful candidate will lead matters, originate and expand client relationships, and work across interdisciplinary teams on complex cross-practice transactions. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in M&A, corporate transactions and capital markets.
Substantive experience in energy sector matters (renewables and/or oil & gas), including project development and commercial agreements.
Proven track record of originating work and developing client relationships; a portable practice is advantageous.
Ability to lead teams and collaborate across corporate, finance and technology practices.
