Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy corporate and energy practice in Tampa. The role focuses on M&A, transactional work and project development across renewable energy and traditional oil & gas, with additional exposure to capital markets and tech-related transactions.

The partner will lead deal teams, manage client relationships and help grow a commercial practice in the region. This role is suited to an experienced rainmaker or leader with a portable practice and a track record of originating and executing complex transactions.

Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactional work
Significant experience in energy matters (renewables and/or oil & gas) and familiarity with project development
Experience with capital markets and technology-related transactions is a plus
Demonstrated business development ability and a portable book of business
Team leadership and client-management skills
